肾炎方治疗肾性蛋白尿临床观察

Clinical Observation of Nephritis Prescription in Treatment of Renal Proteinuria

目的观察肾炎方治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取我院2019年1月至2019年12月收治的60例慢性肾小球肾炎患者作为本次研究对象,将60例患者随机等分为两组,治疗组30例给予肾炎方治疗,对照组30例给予黄葵胶囊治疗;比较两组疗效及24 h尿蛋白、尿红细胞、血肌酐、尿素氮等指标的变化。结果治疗组在改善临床症状、降低尿蛋白、尿红细胞及改善肾功能方面明显优于对照组。结论肾炎方能够明显降低慢性肾炎患者的蛋白尿,且远期疗效好,安全性好。

Objective To observe clinical effect and safety of nephritis prescription in treatment of chronic nephritis proteinuria.Methods Choose 60 cases chronic glomerulonephritis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 as research objects,divide them into two groups randomly,30 cases in treatment group were treated with nephritis prescription,and 30 cases in control group with anemone capsule.Compare effect and changes of 24-hour urine protein,urine red blood cell,blood creatinine,urea nitrogen and other indicators of two groups.Results Clinical symptoms,urine protein decrease,urine RBC and renal function of treatment group was better than control group.Conclusion Nephritis prescription can reduce proteinuria of chronic nephritis patients significantly with good long-term effect and safety.
