分析优质护理干预对高血压患者生活质量的影响

Effect Analysis of Quality Nursing Intervention on Life Quality of Hypertension Patients

目的探析优质护理干预对高血压患者生活质量的影响。方法选取我院收治的90例高血压手术患者,时间为2017年1月至2017年10月,简单随机法分为两组,对照组45例患者实施常规护理,优质干预组45例患者实施优质护理干预,对比两组生活质量和降压情况。结果干预后,优质干预组认知功能、躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功、社会功能、总体生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预可以显著提高高血压患者的生活质量,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore effect of quality nursing intervention on life quality of hypertension patients.Methods Choose 90 cases hypertensive surgery patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2017,divide them into two groups with simple randomization method.45 cases in control group were treated with routine nursing and 45 cases in quality intervention group with quality nursing intervention.Compare life quality and blood pressure reduction between two groups.Results After intervention,cognitive function,physical function,role function,emotional function,social function,and overall life quality scores of quality intervention group were significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality nursing intervention can improve life quality of hypertension patients significantly,which is worthy of promotion and application.
