儿科门诊发生院感的诱因分析及干预对策

Causes Analysis and Intervention Measures of Nosocomial Sensation in Pediatric Outpatient Department

目的探究儿科门诊院感发生的诱因,分析其干预对策。方法选取我院2018年5月至2019年6月在我院就诊的200例院内情况感染患儿作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,观察组100例患儿院感预防干预,对照组患儿未进行任何干预,探究其干预效果。结果观察组的干预后其效果好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实行良好的干预对策,能够有效的防止院感的发生。

Objective To explore causes and intervention strategies of outpatient nosocomial sensation in pediatric outpatient clinics.Methods Choose 200 cases nosocomial infection patients in our hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 as research objects,divide them into observation group and control group.100 cases in observation group were treated with intervention,and 100 cases in control group with no intervention.Explore intervention effect of two groups.Results Effect of observation group after intervention was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Good intervention strategies can prevent occurrence of nosocomial sensation effectively.
