延续性护理对急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后心理状态及生活质量的影响分析

Effect Analysis of Continuous Nursing on Psychological Status and Life Quality of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction after PCI

目的分析在急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后应用延续性护理方法,对患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法选取于2018年3月至2019年3月在本院接受PCI手术的急性心肌梗死患者共86例,随机分组法将患者分成2组,每组各43例。常规护理用于对照组,延续性护理用于观察组。结果护理前,两组SDS、SAS评分无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后,SDS、SAS评分观察组低于对照组,生活质量评分观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在进行PCI术的急性心肌梗死患者术后应用延续性护理方法,改善了患者的不良心理状态,生活质量明显提升,提升了患者的术后预后效果,帮助患者早日恢复健康。

Objective To analyze effect of continuous nursing methods on on psychological state and life quality of patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI.Methods Choose 86 cases acute myocardial infarction patients with PCI surgery in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019,divide them into two groups randomly,43 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and observation group with continuous nursing.Results Before nursing,SDS and SAS scores showed no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,SDS and SAS scores of observation group were lower than control group,life quality scores of observation group were higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing methods can improve unhealthy mental state,life quality,postoperative prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction with PCI surgery significantly,help them recovery as soon as possible.
