探讨社区护理干预对脑卒中患者运动功能康复的重要性

Importance Exploration of Community Nursing Intervention on Motor Function Rehabilitation of Stroke Patients

目的研究社区护理干预对脑卒中患者运动功能康复的重要性。方法选取2016年12月至2019年6月我社区收取的134例脑卒中患者,随机分为2组,对照组67例采用常规护理,观察组67例采用社区护理干预,比较两组患者的肢体运动功能、日常生活能力和护理满意度。结果护理前两组患者的上下肢运动功能评分、日常生活能力评分对比均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但护理后观察组的上肢运动功能、下肢运动功能、自理能力、括约肌控制、转移、步行、交流、社会认知等评分均高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理总满意度为95.52%,对照组的护理总满意度为76.12%,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对脑卒中患者给予社区护理干预可提高肢体运动功能,改善日常生活能力,促进病情康复,提升护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To study importance of community nursing intervention on motor function rehabilitation of stroke patients.Methods Choose 134 cases stroke patients in our community from December 2016 to June 2019,divide them into two groups randomly,67 cases in control group received routine nursing,67 cases in observation group with community nursing intervention.Compare limb motor function,daily living ability and nursing satisfaction degree between two groups.Results Upper and lower extremity motor function scores and daily living ability scores showed no statistically significant difference between two groups before nursing(P>0.05),after nursing,upper extremity motor function,lower extremity motor function,self-care ability,sphincter control,transfer,walking,communication,social cognition scores were higher than control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);total nursing satisfaction in observation group was 95.52%,and that of control group was 76.12%,with statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion Community nursing intervention can improve limb motor function,improve daily life ability,promote disease recovery,and improve nursing satisfaction of stroke patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
