袋鼠式护理对足月新生儿操作性疼痛应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Kangaroo Nursing on Full-term Neonatal Operative Pain

目的观察袋鼠式护理对足月新生儿操作性疼痛的应用效果。方法选择2018年8月至2019年8月我院收治的65例足月新生儿作为研究对象,分为研究组(33例)与对照组(32例),对照组进行常规护理,研究组接受袋鼠式护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果研究组穿刺时(5.23±1.12)分、穿刺后30s(3.45±1.06)分、穿刺后60s(1.75±0.34)分,相较对照组均明显更低(P<0.05);穿刺时和穿刺后的血氧饱和度及心率分别为(166.73±4.25)次/分、(158.42±5.11)次/分、(86.41±5.73)%、(89.71±5.44)%,相较对照组均明显更优(P<0.05);护理满意度96.97%,相较对照组明显更高(P<0.05)。结论袋鼠式护理应用于足月新生儿中可有效缓解其操作性疼痛,维持生理指标的稳定,且家长满意度高。

Objective To observe application effect of kangaroo nursing on full-term neonatal operative pain.Methods Choose 65 cases full-term neonates admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 as research objects.Divide them into research group(33 cases)and control group(32 cases).Control group received routine nursing and research group received kangaroo-style nursing.Compare nursing effect of two groups.Results Study group had(5.23±1.12)points during puncture,30s(3.45±1.06)points after puncture,and 60s(1.75±0.34)points after puncture,significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);puncture and puncture blood oxygen saturation and heart rate were(166.73±4.25)beats/min,(158.42±5.11)beats/min,(86.41±5.73)%,(89.71±5.44)%,significantly better than control group.(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction rate was 96.97%,significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangaroo-style nursing can relieve operational pain of full-term neonates effectively,maintain stability of physiological indicators with high parental satisfaction degree.
