吸入用乙酰半胱氨酸佐治小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Inhalation of Acetylcysteine in Treatment of Infantile Bronchopneumonia

目的小儿支气管肺炎患儿开展乙酰半胱氨酸治疗的价值。方法2019年01月至2019年08月接收的小儿支气管肺炎患儿(n=80)研究,以入院时间,分为试验组(n=40)、对照组(n=40),对照组开展布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,试验组开展乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入治疗,对比临床总有效率、临床症状消失时间。结果试验组临床总有效率(95.00%)较对照组(80.00%)高,P<0.05。试验组临床症状消失时间较对照组短,P<0.05。结论小儿支气管肺炎患儿开展乙酰半胱氨酸雾化治疗后,既可缩短临床症状消失时间,又可提高临床总有效率,可借鉴。

Objective To study value of acetylcysteine therapy in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods Choose 80 cases children with bronchopneumonia received from January 2019 to August 2019 for study,divide them into experimental group(n=40),control group(n=40)based on according admission sequence.Control group was treated with budesonide nebulized inhalation therapy,and experimental group with acetylcysteine nebulized inhalation therapy.Compare total clinical effectiveness and disappearance time of clinical symptoms.Results Total clinical effective rate of experimental group(95.00%)was higher than control group(80.00%),P<0.05.Clinical symptoms disappeared in experimental group were shorter than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Pediatric bronchopneumonia can shorten disappearance time of clinical symptoms,and improve clinical overall efficiency of children with acetylcysteine atomization,which is worthy of reference.
