社区护理干预提高糖尿病患者遵医率和血糖控制的效果

Improving Effect of Community Nursing Intervention for Compliance Rate and Glucose Control of Diabetes Patients

目的社区糖尿病患者采用社区护理干预,观察该种护理方法对患者依从性影响和血糖控制情况影响。方法随机抽选我社区糖尿病患者238例为观察对象,选取时间段为2017年5月至2019年5月,并且根据分析需要把患者分成两组,治疗组糖尿病患者采用社区护理干预,对照组糖尿病患者采用常规疾病管理方法。结果①两组患者采用不同护理方法干预后,分析两组的血糖控制情况,治疗组有明显下降。(P<0.05),有差异统计学意义。②分析两组患者采用不同方法护理干预后的依从性,两组对照中治疗组患者依从性明显高于对照组。(P<0.05),有差异统计学意义。结论社区糖尿病管理采用社区护理干预方法效果明显,该种方法值得在临床上推荐。

Objective Observe effect of community nursing intervention on patient compliance and blood glucose control of community diabetes patients.Methods Choose 238 cases diabetic patients in our community as observation objects from May 2017 to May 2019.According to analysis,divide them into two groups Randomly.Treatment group was treated with community nursing intervention,and control group with routine disease management methods.Results①after intervention of different nursing methods for two groups,blood glucose control showed significant decrease in treatment group.(P<0.05),with statistically significant difference.②Analyze compliance of two groups after different nursing intervention.Compliance of treatment group was significantly higher than control group.(P<0.05),difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Community nursing intervention has obvious effect on community diabetes,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
