Objective To explore clinical effect of different surgical approaches in treating orbital tumors. Methods Choose 100 cases orbital tumors patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 as research objects. All patients were treated with anterior orbital open surgery.Selected approaches according to actual situation of patients include:before transconjunctival approach orbital open surgery, medial and lateral combined orbital opening and lateral orbital opening.Compare and analyze changes in visual acuity and eye protrusion after different surgical approaches. Results After three different surgical approaches, difference of visual acuity decrease, accidental loss of vision,no significant changes, and visual acuity decrease was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Differences in changes of eye protrusion after three different surgical approaches in surgical approach showed no statistical significance,(P>0.05).Conclusion Corresponding surgical approach should be selected according to situation of orbital tumor and wishes of patients.Due to relatively low incidence of orbital tumors, samples numbers in the study were limited,it was difficult to demonstrate treatment effect of tumor locations on different surgical approaches in detail.Subsequent increase of sample size and elimination of related interference factors can achieve more substantial reference value for study.
