手术室护理中不同体位摆放配合肛肠手术的效果

Effect of Different Positions for Anorectal Surgery during Operating Room Nursing

目的探究手术室护理中不同体位摆放配合肛肠手术的效果。方法抽选2018年1月至2018年12月在我院实施肛肠手术患者100例作为此次研究代表,将入选患者按照单双号分组法分为研究组50例与参照组50例。参照组患者实施俯卧位摆放体位,研究组患者给予侧卧位摆放体位,在手术围期对组间患者实施优质护理干预,比较两组患者手术舒适度及手术之间与术中患者各项指标。结果研究组舒适度为94%,参照组舒适度为78%,研究组患者舒适度显著高于参照组,经统计学分析比较得知,其差异呈P<0.05;研究组手术时间(31.89±5.58)分钟显著短于参照组手术时间(42.83±9.68)分钟,而研究组呼吸、心率、血氧饱和度、动脉压水平显著优于参照组,经统计学分析比较得知,其差异呈P<0.05,存在统计学意义。结论肛肠手术实施过程中,采用侧卧位摆放体位可有效提升患者舒适度,与此同时,减少患者手术时间,提升其术中各项指标水平,有效降低并发症发生情况,提升其生存质量,临床值得借鉴。

Objective To explore effect of different positions for anorectal surgery during operating room nursing.Methods Choose 100 cases anorectal surgery patients in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 as study objects,divide them into 50 cases in study group and 50 cases in reference group according to single and double number grouping method.Reference group was placed in prone position,and study group placed in lateral lying position.During perioperative period,carry out quality nursing interventions for two groups.Compare surgical comfort intraoperative indicators between two groups.Results Comfort degree of study group was 94%,significantly higher than 78%of reference group.According to statistical analysis,difference showed P<0.05;operation time of study group was(31.89±5.58)minutes,significantly shorter than(42.83±9.68)minutes of reference group,respiration,heart rate,blood oxygen saturation,and arterial pressure levels of study group were significantly better than reference group.According to statistical analysis,difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion During anorectal surgery,lateral lying position can improve comfort of patients effectively,at the same time,reduce operation time,increase level of various intraoperative indicators,reduce complications incidence and improve survival quality effectively,which is worthy of clinical reference.
