探讨提高阴道分娩安全性在降低剖宫产率中的应用

Application Exploration of Improving Safety of Vaginal Delivery in Reducing Cesarean Section Rate

目的探讨提高阴道分娩安全性在降低剖宫产率中的应用效果。方法以2019年1月至2019年9月于我院产科分娩的50例产妇作为主要研究对象,采用数字随机表法分组,各25例。对照组行常规分娩指导,观察组行阴道分娩安全管理,对两组的分娩方式、产后出血量、护理满意度进行比较。结果观察组的剖宫产率低于对照组,阴道分娩率高于对照组,差异显著;观察组产后2 h、产后24 h的出血量明显少于对照组,有显著差异;观察组产妇的满意度明显高于对照组,有显著差异。结论对产妇实施阴道分娩安全管理,提高阴道分娩的安全性,可以降低产妇的剖宫产率,减少产后出血量,且产妇对护理工作更满意,值得推广。

Objective To explore effect of improving safety of vaginal delivery in reducing cesarean section rate.Methods Treat 50 cases pregnant women delivered in obstetrics department of our hospital from January 2019 to September 2019 as main research objects,divide them into groups with digital random table method,25 cases in each.Control group received routine delivery guidance,and observation group received vaginal delivery safety management.Compare delivery methods,postpartum hemorrhage,and nursing satisfaction of two groups.Results Cesarean section rate in observation group was lower than control group,vaginal delivery rate was higher than control group.Difference was significant.Bleeding volume in observation group was significantly less than control group at 2 hours and 24 hours after delivery,with significant difference.Satisfaction degree was significantly higher than control group,with significant difference.Conclusion Vaginal delivery safety management can reduce maternal cesarean section rate and postpartum hemorrhage of maternal women,increase satisfaction of maternal women with nursing work,which is worth promotion.
