环形激光治疗下肢静脉曲张的护理配合体会

Experience in Nursing Coordination of Ring Laser Treatment of Varicose Veins of Lower Limbs

目的对环形激光治疗下肢静脉曲张的手术护理配合进行探讨。方法此次研究所纳入的下肢静脉曲张患者均自2018年10月至2019年10月收治,抽选量为50例,抽选对象均通过研究纳入、排除标准。50例患者均实施环形激光治疗,同时予以手术护理配合。分析患者的临床情况。结果50例患者均顺利完成手术,平均手术时间为(40.12±0.21)分钟,平均出血量为(14.12±0.24)毫升。术中无光纤断裂、环形帽掉落、血管内残留等并发症发生。术后患者恢复良好,平均住院时间为(4.35±0.12)天。手术医师对护理配合表示满意。结论对下肢静脉曲张患者实施环形激光治疗,同时予以手术护理配合,可保障治疗效果,降低并发症发生,改善患者预后。

Objective To explore the surgical nursing cooperation of ring laser in the treatment of lower extremity varicose veins.Methods All patients with lower limb varicose veins included in this study were admitted from October 2018 to October 2019,with a sampling quantity of 50 cases.All subjects were included and excluded through the study.All the 50 patients were treated with ring laser and assisted with surgical nursing.Analyze the clinical situation of the patients.Results All the 50 patients successfully completed the operation,the average operation time was(40.12±0.21)minutes,and the average blood loss was(14.12±0.24)mL.No complications occurred during the operation,such as fiber fracture,ring cap falling,and vascular residual.The postoperative patients recovered well and the mean hospital stay was(4.35±0.12)days.The surgeon was satisfied with the nursing cooperation.Conclusion Ring laser treatment and surgical nursing can ensure the treatment effect,reduce the complications and improve the prognosis of patients with varicose veins.
