缩宫素联合卡前列甲酯栓预防高危妊娠产后出血的疗效观察

Observation of the Efficacy of Oxytocin combined with Carboprost Methyl Ester Suppository in Preventing Postpartum Hemorrhage in High-risk Pregnancy

目的对于高危妊娠产后出血预防与治疗中,给予常规宫缩素治疗配合卡前列甲酯栓取得的疗效进行分析。方法收集医院2019年1月至6月有产后出血高危因素100例资料,采用宫缩素治疗,纳入对照组,取2019年7月至2020年1月有产后出血高危因素100例,给予宫缩素治疗辅以卡前列甲酯栓用药,纳入观察组,对两组患者产后出血情况与用药不良反应观察对比。结果产后出血对照组7例,观察组1例,发生率对照组7.00%,相比观察组1.00%,P<0.05。产后2h、产后24h出血情况观察组相对较少,且第三产程时间观察组用时较少,组间对比有明显差异。患者用药安全性结果评价,不良反应发生率对照组4.00%,相比观察组2.00%组间有显著差异。结论高危妊娠产后出血预防中,给予常规宫缩素用药治疗的基础上,选择卡前列甲酯栓用药配合治疗,对预防产后出血效果理想,且用药安全性较高,应作为产后出血预防重要方案之一。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of conventional oxytocin treatment combined with carprost methyl ester suppository in the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in high-risk pregnancy.Methods Collected 100 cases of high risk factors for postpartum hemorrhage in the hospital from January to June 2019.They were treated with uterine contraction and included in the control group.100 cases of high risk factors for postpartum hemorrhage were taken from July 2019 to January 2020 and given to the palace Glucagon therapy supplemented with carboprost methyl ester suppositories was included in the observation group,and the postpartum hemorrhage and the adverse drug reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There were 7 cases in the postpartum and control groups and 1 in the observation group.The incidence rate was 7.00%in the control group,compared with 1.00%in the observation group,P<0.05.There were relatively few bleeding groups in the observation group at 2 hours and 24 hours postpartum,and the observation group in the third stage of labor took less time,and there were significant differences between the groups.The patient’s medication safety results were evaluated.The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.00%in the control group,which was significantly different from the observation group of 2.00%.Conclusion In the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in high-risk pregnancy,based on the conventional oxytocin medication,the combination of carprost methyl ester suppository therapy is ideal for the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage scheme one.
