病理学教学中翻转课堂的应用及价值分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究分析病理学教学中翻转课堂的应用及价值。方法选取我校医学院临床医学系2017级学生90名,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45),对照组采用传统教学,观察组采用翻转课堂教学。对比两组教学效果。结果观察组学生的病理学理论知识笔试成绩为高于对照组学生的成绩(T=28.021,P<0.05);观察组学生的病理诊断能力、解决临床问题能力、自主学习能力等项目评分显著高于对照组的能力评分,(T=22.502,27.318,18.148,均P<0.05);观察组学生对教学方法的满意度为95.56%,高于对照组的77.78%,(c^2=6.154,P=0.013)。结论在病理学教学中,教师采用翻转课堂教学措施,能够提高学生的自主学习积极性,提高学生对理论知识的掌握程度,同时提高学生对课堂教学的满意度,具有较高的应用价值。 Objective To explore the application and value of flipped classroom in the teaching of analytical pathology.Methods A total of 902017 students from clinical medicine department of Medical College of our university were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45).Traditional teaching was used in the control group and flipped classroom teaching was used in the observation group.Compare the teaching effect of the two groups.Results The scores of the written examination of pathological theory knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t=28.021,P<0.05).The scores of pathological diagnosis ability,clinical problem-solving ability and self-learning ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=22.502,27.318,18.148,P<0.05);the students in the observation group were satisfied with the teaching methods The degree was 95.56%,higher than 77.78%of the control group(c^2=6.154,P=0.013).Conclusion In pathology teaching,teachers can improve students’initiative of independent learning,their mastery of theoretical knowledge,and their satisfaction with classroom teaching by adopting flipped classroom teaching.
