Protection Training for Nurses in Cardiology during Epidemic of Corona Virus Disease 2019

本研究通过总结分析新型冠状病毒肺炎流行期间心内科护士的防护培训。培训要点:掌握新型冠状病毒的病原学特点、传染源、传播途径、易感人群、临床表现、治疗方案和护理要点等,重视防护措施的学习和演练,掌握患者病情变化及心理变化,在常规护理的基础上,加强预防新型冠状病毒肺炎的护理技能并实施理论和操作考核,严格遵照我国的指南、指引进行培训。23名不同层级的护士经过培训后,新型冠状病毒肺炎的知识和技能掌握程度大幅度提高。

This study summarized and analyzed the protection training of nurses in cardiology during the epidemic of new coronary virus pneumonia.Key points of training:to master the etiological characteristics of the new coronavirus,the source of infection,the route of transmission,the susceptible population,the clinical manifestations,the treatment plan and the key points of nursing,and so on,to pay attention to the study and exercise of protective measures,to master the changes of the patient’s condition and psychology,to strengthen the nursing skills of preventing the new coronavirus pneumonia on the basis of routine nursing,and to carry out the theoretical and operational examination,and to carry out the training in strict accordance with the guidelines and guidelines of our country.The knowledge and skills of the new type of coronavirus pneumonia were greatly enhanced by the training of 23 nurses at different levels.
