计算机辅助3D打印技术用于保留乳房手术一期乳房重建研究

摘要 目的探讨保留乳房手术一期乳房重建应用计算机辅助3D打印技术的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将我院2016年1月至2019年1月收治的乳腺纤维瘤患者100例分为观察组(计算机辅助3D打印技术联合保留乳房手术一期乳房重建,50例)与对照组(环乳晕切口乳腺纤维瘤切除手术,50例),对两组临床指标、并发症及复发情况进行比较。结果观察组术中出血量比对照组少,住院时间、手术时间均比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后并发症发生率、复发率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在乳腺纤维瘤患者采用保留乳房手术一期乳房重建中给予计算机辅助3D打印技术可有效缩短手术时间,减少手术创伤,促进患者康复,且具有一定的安全性。 Objective To investigate the effect of computer-assisted 3D printing in one-stage breast reconstruction after breast conserving surgery.Methods 100 patients with breast fibroma treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were divided into observation group(computer-assisted 3D printing technology combined with primary breast reconstruction with breast conserving surgery,50 cases)and control group(areola incision mastofibroma excision surgery,50 cases),and the clinical indicators,complications and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the length of hospital stay and operation time were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Computer-assisted 3D printing in one-stage breast reconstruction with breast conserving surgery for breast fibroma patients can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce surgical trauma,promote patient recovery,and has a certain safety.
