腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊炎患者实施人性化护理的效果评析

Evaluation of the Effect of Humanized Nursing on Patients with Cholecystitis Treated by Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的分析对腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊炎患者采用人性化护理的护理效果。方法随机选取我院于2018年12月至2019年12月收治的采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊炎患者共2000例作为此次研究对象,将所有患者根据随机抽样法平均分为实验组(1000例,采用人性化护理)与对照组(1000例,采用常规护理)。分析比对两组患者护理完毕后护理满意度与并发症发生率情况。结果经过护理干预后,实验组患者护理满意度、并发症发生率均较对照组患者更佳,两组患者间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论给予腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊炎患者采用人性化护理,将明显提升整体护理效果,改善患者护理质量,提升护理满意度,并降低患者护理期间并发症发生率,是一种具备较高实际应用价值的护理方法。

Objective Analysis of the nursing effect of humanized nursing on patients with cholecystitis treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods From December 2018 to December 2019,2000 patients with cholecystitis treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital were randomly selected as the research objects.All patients were divided into experimental group(1000 cases,with humanistic nursing)and control group(1000 cases,with conventional nursing)according to the random sampling method.Analysis and comparison of the two groups of patients after nursing satisfaction and complications.Results After nursing intervention,the nursing satisfaction and complication rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Giving the patients with cholecystitis treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy with humanistic nursing will significantly improve the overall nursing effect,improve the quality of patients’nursing,improve the satisfaction of nursing,and reduce the incidence of complications during the nursing period.It is a nursing method with high practical value.
