中医药配合分子靶向药物用于非小细胞肺癌治疗的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Molecular Targeting Drugs in the Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的针对临床中收治的非小细胞肺癌患者,探究实行中医药配合分子靶向药物治疗后其整体临床疗效。方法本研究对2017年1月至2019年1月接诊的非小细胞肺癌100例患者予以研究,通过给予两种不同的治疗方式分为参照组与研究组。其中将单药吉非替尼应用在50例参照组患者中,将中医药+吉非替尼应用于50例研究组患者中,对两组患者整体临床疗效加以比对。结果治疗后与参照组患者不良反应总发生率相对比,研究组患者不良反应总发生率显著偏低(P<0.05);治疗后与参照组患者临床总疗效相对比,研究组患者临床总疗效显著偏高(P<0.05)。结论针对临床中出现的非小细胞肺癌患者采用分子靶向药物治疗同时配合中医药治疗,可显著降低患者不良反应发生概率,提升整体临床疗效。

Objective To explore the overall clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine combined with molecular targeted drug therapy for patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated in clinic.Methods One hundred patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted between January 2017 and January 2019 were studied in this study.They were divided into control group and study group by two different treatment methods.Among them,single drug gefitinib was applied to 50 patients in the reference group,traditional Chinese medicine+gefitinib was applied to 50 patients in the study group,and the overall clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the total clinical efficacy of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Molecular targeted drug therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine can significantly reduce the occurrence probability of adverse reactions in patients with non-small cell lung cancer and improve the overall clinical efficacy.
