孕妇不同血糖指标异常与妊娠结局的关系

The Relationship between Abnormal Blood Glucose and Pregnancy Outcome in Pregnant Women

目的研究探讨孕妇不同血糖指标异常与妊娠结局的关系。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年1月接受妊娠分娩的孕妇300例,将其按照血糖指标是否发生异常波动分为两组,其中研究组为血糖指标异常孕妇,对比组为正常血糖指标组,统计记录患者血糖指标以及妊娠结局。结果经检测统计后对比组血糖指标优于研究组,其不良妊娠结局发生率低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血糖指标异常与孕妇妊娠结局具有相关性,过高的血糖指标会导致孕妇发生不良妊娠结局,且越异常的血糖指标越容易导致孕妇发生不良妊娠结局,因此在孕妇待产阶段需重视血糖指标的检测,发现血糖指标波动异常时,及时给予有效的干预措施,以提高其妊娠分娩质量。

Objective To study the relationship between abnormal blood glucose index and pregnancy outcome.Methods Three hundred pregnant women who received pregnancy and delivery from January 2018 to January 2019 in our hospital were divided into two groups according to whether there was abnormal fluctuation of blood glucose index.The study group was pregnant women with abnormal blood glucose index,and the control group was the normal blood glucose index group.The blood glucose index and pregnancy outcome were recorded statistically.Results The blood glucose index of the control group was better than that of the study group,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was lower than that of the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormal blood glucose index is related to pregnant women’s pregnancy outcome.Too high blood glucose index will lead to pregnant women’s bad pregnancy outcome,and the more abnormal blood glucose index is,the more likely it is to lead to pregnant women’s bad pregnancy outcome.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the detection of blood glucose index in the stage of pregnant women’s waiting for childbirth.When abnormal fluctuation of blood glucose index is found,effective intervention measures should be given in time to improve the quality of pregnancy and delivery.
