加强健康管理对老年高血压患者生活质量及血压的效果

Effect of Health Management on Quality of Life and Blood Pressure of Elderly Patients with Hypertension

目的观察在老年高血压患者中加强健康管理后患者的生活质量情况和血压变化情况。方法将260例2018年11月至2019年11月在我院进行健康体检的老年高血压患者作为研究对象,将260例患者随机均分为实施常规护理的对照组130例和加强健康管理的观察组130例,比较两组患者管理前后的生活质量变化情况及血压变化情况。结果观察组患者在加强健康管理后的血压指标比对照组低,且生活质量评分比对照组高,两组患者组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);进行加强健康管理前两组患者的血压情况和生活质量评分情况相差不大,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加强健康管理对老年高血压患者的血压改善和生活质量改善有着积极的作用,管理效果好,有临床运用的价值。

Objective To observe the quality of life and the change of blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension after strengthening health management.Methods Two hundred and sixty elderly patients with hypertension who underwent physical examination in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were randomly divided into control group(130 cases)and observation group(130 cases)for routine nursing and health management.The changes of quality of life and blood pressure before and after management were compared between the two groups.Results The blood pressure index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group.The data difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the health management,the blood pressure and quality of life score of the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Strengthening health management has positive effect on the improvement of blood pressure and quality of life of elderly patients with hypertension.The effect of health management is good and has clinical value.
