HA注射液关节腔内注射治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Intra-articular Injection of HA Injection on Knee Osteoarthritis

目的研究透明质酸(HA)注射液关节腔内注射治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法100例膝骨关节炎患者自愿参与,随机分成对照组(n=50,常规治疗)、观察组(n=50,HA注射液),比较治疗结局。结果治疗后1周与治疗后1个月观察组平均JOA评分明显比对照组高;治疗后,观察组患者的膝关节功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为膝骨关节炎患者关节腔内注射HA注射液,可提高患者的平均JOA评分和膝关节功能评分。

Objective To study the clinical effect of intra-articular hyaluronic acid(HA)injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis participated voluntarily and were randomly divided into control group(n=50,conventional treatment)and observation group(n=50,HA injection)to compare the treatment outcomes.Results The average JOA score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 1 week and 1 month after treatment,and the knee function score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Intra-articular injection of HA injection for patients with knee osteoarthritis can improve the average JOA score and knee function score.
