以细节为中心的手术室舒适护理应用于子宫肌瘤剥除术患者的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Detail-oriented Comfort Nursing in Operating Room for Patients with Uterine Fibroid Exfoliation

目的探究对患者行子宫肌瘤剥除术时应用以细节为中心的手术室舒适护理的效果。方法选取我院收治的子宫肌瘤患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予以细节为中心的手术室舒适护理。统计2组患者护理满意度,情绪状态以及生理应激程度和并发症发生率的差异。结果护理后观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),情绪状态评分以及血清皮质醇和去甲肾上腺素含量低于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对实施子宫肌瘤剥除术的患者采用将细节作为中心的与手术室有关的舒适护理,护理效果优于常规护理,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing in the operating room with details as the center during the operation of uterine fibroid exfoliation.Methods 60 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given detail-oriented comfortable nursing in the operating room.The differences of nursing satisfaction,emotional status,physiological stress and complication rate between the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results After nursing,the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),emotional status score and serum cortisol and norepinephrine levels were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with hysteromyoma exfoliation,the comfort nursing with details as the center is better than routine nursing,and it is worth popularizing.
