综合护理干预预防经尿道前列腺切除术后并发症的效果评价

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Prevention of Complications after Transurethral Prostatectomy

目的评价综合护理干预预防经尿道前列腺切除术后并发症的效果。方法选择在我院接受经尿道前列腺切除术治疗的患者为主要研究目标,抽选30例按照随机数表法分组,每组各15例,对照组行常规护理,观察组行综合护理,对比评价两组患者的并发症、生活质量及疼痛评分。结果观察组患者出现的并发症明显少于对照组,P<0.05;护理前两组患者的生活质量评分、疼痛评分对比无统计学意义,护理后观察组的生活质量评分显著比对照组高,其疼痛评分明显低于对照组,统计有意义,P<0.05。结论为了预防尿道前列腺切除术后的并发症,临床采取综合护理干预具有显著意义,有利于帮助患者恢复正常生活。

Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the prevention of complications after transurethral prostatectomy.Methods To select the patients who received transurethral prostatectomy in our hospital as the main research objective,30 patients were randomly divided into groups according to the random number table,15 in each group,the control group received routine nursing,the observation group received comprehensive nursing,and the complications,quality of life and pain score of the two groups were compared and evaluated.Results The complications in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance between the quality of life score and pain score in the two groups before nursing,and the quality of life score in the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the pain score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In order to prevent the complications of prostatectomy,it is significant to take comprehensive nursing intervention in clinic,which is helpful for the patients to recover their normal life.
