人性化护患沟通技巧在泌尿外科护理工作中的应用

从泌尿外科疾病的特征上分析,可知这类疾病的患者,具有患病痛苦程度高,对患者的正常生活容易造成显著影响的特征。这就意味着除了根据患者的疾病情况提出针对性的治疗方案外,与治疗相匹配的护理工作同样占据着重要的地位。护理工作的开展,不仅会对患者的疾病恢复效果产生直接的影响,也会影响患者在接收治疗过程中的情绪和主观感受。如果没有有效的沟通作支撑,则进一步的护理工作开展,就容易遇到多种不同类型的问题,本着人性化的原则积极的与患者达成沟通,是现代医疗护理工作中与患者达成良好关系状态的重要途径。本文以人性化护患沟通技巧在泌尿外科护理工作中的应用为例,探寻相应的沟通技巧在疾病护理进行应用的科学方法,以期为疾病护理提供参考。

From the analysis of the characteristics of urological diseases,we can see that the patients with this kind of diseases have the characteristics of high degree of suffering and easy to have a significant impact on the normal life of patients.This means that in addition to the specific treatment plan according to the patients’disease situation,the nursing work matching with the treatment also occupies an important position.The development of nursing work will not only have a direct impact on the patients’disease recovery effect,but also affect the patients’emotions and subjective feelings in the process of receiving treatment.If there is no effective communication as support,further nursing work is easy to encounter many different types of problems.It is an important way to reach a good relationship with patients in modern medical nursing work to actively communicate with patients based on the principle of humanization.This paper takes the application of humanistic nurse patient communication skills in urology nursing as an example to explore the corresponding scientific methods for the application of communication skills in disease nursing,in order to provide a reference for disease nursing.
