探讨早期全面护理干预对剖宫产分娩术后产妇的影响

Explore the Effect of Early Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Parturient after Cesarean Section

目的研究给予剖宫产分娩术产妇早期全面护理对其术后恢复的影响。方法纳入2018年3月到2019年3月在我院行剖宫产分娩术的30例产妇,随机抽取15例设为研究组,余下15例归入对照组。研究组采用早期全面护理,对照组采用常规护理。观察两组产妇肠道功能恢复情况及术后各时点的疼痛程度,比较不良反应发生率和对护理的满意程度。结果研究组产妇术后首次排气、首次排便、腹胀消失等比对照组产妇耗费时间更短(P<0.05);研究组产妇术后6 h疼痛评分虽然小于对照组,但差异并不明显(P>0.05),术后24 h、48 h的疼痛评分比对照组产妇小(P<0.05);研究组患者出现腹胀、恶心、呕吐等不良反应的概率比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组产妇护理总满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论给予剖宫产分娩术产妇早期全面护理,对促进产妇术后肠道功能恢复、减轻产妇术后疼痛、提高产妇对护理的满意度等方面皆有一定成效,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of early comprehensive nursing for parturients undergoing cesarean section on their postoperative recovery.Methods Thirty parturients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were included.15 cases were randomly selected to set up a research group,and the remaining 15 cases were put into a control group.The study group received early comprehensive nursing while the control group received routine nursing.The recovery of intestinal function and pain degree at each time point after operation were observed,and the incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction degree of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The first exhaust,first defecation and abdominal distension disappeared in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Although the pain score of the parturient in the study group was lower than that in the control group at 6 hours after operation,the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The pain score at 24 hours and 48 hours after operation was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of abdominal distension,nausea,vomiting and other adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of maternal care in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early comprehensive nursing for parturients undergoing cesarean section has certain effects on promoting postoperative intestinal function recovery,relieving postoperative pain and improving the satisfaction of parturients with nursing,which is worthy of promotion.
