基于互联网+生殖健康及不孕不育服务平台对患者干预效果分析

Analysis of Intervention Effect on Patients Based on Internet+Reproductive Health and Infertility Service Platform

目的探讨基于互联网+生殖健康及不孕不育服务平台对患者干预效果。方法选择2018年11月至2019年12月于我院门诊就诊,并且首次完成试管婴儿(IVF-ET)助孕的90例患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例)。观察组患者通过创建的互联网+生殖健康及不孕不育服务平台进行宣教服务;对照组患者给予常规的宣教模式。比较两组患者护理满意度、不孕不育知识掌握情况、未遵医发生情况、妊娠率及主动随访情况。结果观察组患者护理满意度为93.33%,显著高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05);宣教后,观察组患者不孕不育调查问卷得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗过程中,观察组患者未遵医发生率为13.33%,显著低于对照组42.22%(P<0.05);观察组患者妊娠率为53.33%,显著高于对照组40.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者主动随访率为73.33%,显著高于对照组57.78%(P<0.05)。结论基于互联网+生殖健康及不孕不育服务平台对患者进行健康宣教,可以提高患者对护理工作满意度,更充分的掌握不孕不育知识,减少未遵医事件发生,改善妊娠结局,并且可以提高患者主动随访率。

Objective To explore the effect of patient intervention based on Internet+Reproductive Health and Infertility Service Platform.Methods Ninety patients who visited our hospital from November 2018 to December 2019 and completed IVF-ET assisted pregnancy for the first time were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into observation group(45 cases)and control group(45 cases)by random number table method.Patients in the observation group received education services through the Internet+Reproductive Health and Infertility Service Platform created;patients in the control group received conventional education modes.The nursing satisfaction,knowledge of infertility,occurrence of non-compliance,pregnancy rate and active follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of control group(P<0.05);after education,the score of infertility questionnaire of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);during treatment,the incidence of non-compliance of patients in observation group was 13.33%,which was significantly lower than 42.22%of control group(P<0.05);the pregnancy rate of patients in observation group was 53.33%,which was significantly higher than 40.00%of control group(P<0.05).<0.05);the active follow-up rate of patients in the observation group was 73.33%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(57.78%(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education based on Internet+Reproductive Health and Infertility Service Platform can improve patients’satisfaction with nursing work,master infertility knowledge more fully,reduce non-compliance events,improve pregnancy outcomes,and improve patients’active follow-up rate.
