全面质量管理对医保病案编码精细化持续改进的应用

Application of Total Quality Management to the Refinement and Continuous Improvement of Medical Record Code

目的分析全面质量管理对医保病案编码精细化持续改进的应用。方法选择2018年出院患者的病案首页300例为分析对象,在2019年开始对出院患者病案进行全面质量管理,两年后,选择同期出院患者的病案首页作为观察组研究对象。对比两组研究对象的医保病案编码准确率。结果从统计数据来看,观察组患者医保病案编码总准确率为97%,对照组患者医保病案编码总准确率为78.33%,观察总评准确率更高,高于对照组18.67个百分点。结论在管理医保病案编码的过程中,采用全面质量管理的方法能够在没有基础上有效提升医保病案编码的准确率,实现其精细化程度的提升,推动医保备案编码管理方法的改进,在临床应用过程中具有重要价值。

Objective This paper analyzes the application of total quality management to the refinement and continuous improvement of medical records.Methods 300 cases of the first page of medical records of patients discharged from hospital in 2018 were selected as the analysis object,and total quality management of the first page of medical records of patients discharged from hospital began in 2019.Two years later,the first page of medical records of patients discharged from hospital in the same period was selected as the research object of the observation group.The coding accuracy of medical records was compared between the two groups.Results According to the statistical data,the total accuracy rate of the medical records encoding in the observation group was 97%,and that in the control group was 78.33%,which was higher than that in the control group by 18.67 percentage points.Conclusion In the process of medical record coding management,the total quality management method can effectively improve the accuracy of medical record coding without the basis,realize the improvement of its refinement degree,and promote the improvement of medical record coding management method,which has important value in the clinical application process.
