摘要
目的探讨眼科门诊护理管理中人性化护理服务模式的应用效果。方法选取2018年12月至2019年12月,我院眼科门诊收治的患者98例,先随机抽取出49例设为A组,给予常规护理管理,将余下的49例设为B组,以人性化护理服务模式开展护理管理,总结与比较两组的护理结果。结果护理后,B组的各项指标质量评分相较于A组显著更高,P<0.05;B组患者的心理状态评分相较于A组显著更优,P<0.05;且B组的护理满意度(97.95%)相较于A组的(81.63%)显著更高,P<0.05。结论人性化护理服务模式的应用可有效提高眼科门诊的护理质量,改善患者的不良情绪,患者认可度极高,建议推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing service model in ophthalmology outpatient nursing management.Methods During the period from December 2018 to December 2019,98 patients admitted to the ophthalmology clinic of our hospital were selected.49 patients were randomly selected as group A,which given routine care management,and the remaining 49 patients were set as group B,which carried out nursing management with humanized nursing service model,and summarized and compared the nursing.Results of the two groups.Results After nursing,the quality scores of various indicators in group B were significantly higher than those in group A,P<0.05;the mental state scores of patients in group B were significantly better than those in group A,P<0.05;Nursing satisfaction(97.95%)was significantly higher than that of group A(81.63%),P<0.05.Conclusion The application of humanized nursing service model can effectively improve the quality of care in ophthalmology clinics,improve the patient’s bad mood,and the patient’s recognition is extremely high.It is recommended to promote it.
