摘要
目的探讨分析化学发光免疫分析法在甲状腺疾病临床检验中的应用价值。方法选择我院收治的50例甲状腺疾病患者作为研究对象,这些患者的纳入时间为2019年1月至2019年12月,根据这些患者的疾病类型将其分为甲亢组(甲状腺功能甲亢(亢进)组,25例),甲减组(甲状腺功能甲减(减退)组,25例),选择25例同时期到我院进行体检早孕组。再选择25例同时期到我院进行体检的健康志愿者作为对照组,对这四组患者均使用化学发光免疫分析法进行检查,主要是检查检测TSH、FreeT3、FreeT4、TPOAb各项甲状腺自身抗体指标,并对检查结果的敏感性和特异性进行计算。结果通过对检查数据进行整理分析,通过对所有检查对象的检查数据TSH、FreeT3、FreeT4、TPOAb进行整理分析,甲亢组、甲减组各项指标检验情况与对照组、早孕组对比差异明显,且各组间每项指标对比均具有统计学意义;化学发光免疫分析法检查的特异性和敏感性情况,经由化学发光免疫分析法全部确诊,其特异性与特异性均为100%。结论将化学发光免疫分析法运用到甲状腺疾病的临床检验中来,能够取得良好的应用价值,可以帮助临床医生更好的进行诊断。
Objective To probe into and analyze the application value of chemiluminescence immunoassay in clinical examination of thyroid diseases.Methods 50 cases of patients with thyroid diseases and who treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into the hyperthyroid group(hyperthyroid group,25 cases),the hypothyroidism group(hypothyroidism group,25 cases),and other 25 cases of early pregnancy who underwent the physical examination in our hospital in the same period were selected as the early pregnancy group,another 25 healthy volunteers who underwent the physical examination in our hospital in the same period were selected as the control group.Then,the four groups were examined by chemiluminescent immunoassay,mainly TSH,freet3,freet4 and TPOAb,and the sensitivity and specificity of the results were calculated.Results The inspection data were organized and analyzed,the data of TSH,Freet3,Freet4 and TPOAb of all the examinees were organized and analyzed,there was significant difference in the inspection of each index between the hyperthyroidism group and hypothyroidism group,and there was statistical significance in the comparison of each index between each group;there was statistical significance in the comparison of each index among each group;All of them were confirmed by chemiluminescent immunoassay,the specificity and specificity were 100%.Conclusion The application of chemiluminescent immunoassay in the clinical examination of thyroid diseases can obtain good application value and help clinicians better diagnosis.
