高原地区初产妇自然分娩中给予无保护助产护理干预的价值

The Value of Nursing Intervention of Unprotected Midwifery in Natural Delivery of Primipara in Plateau Area

目的分析在高原地区的自然分娩初产妇中,应用无保护助产护理干预的临床治疗价值。方法选取我院于2018年1月至2019年1月收治的200例初产妇,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,每组100例。对照组产妇采用会阴保护助产护理,观察组则采用无保护助产护理干预。对比两组产妇的妊娠疼痛情况、产后并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组产妇的妊娠疼痛评分明显比对照组产妇低(P<0.05);观察组产妇的产后并发症发生率明显比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组产妇的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在高原地区,将无保护助产护理应用于自然分娩初产妇中具有较高的临床价值,减少产妇的分娩疼痛,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic value of unprotected midwifery nursing intervention in primipara in plateau area.Methods A total of 200 primiparas treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The mothers in the control group received perineal protective midwifery nursing,and the observation group used unprotected midwifery nursing intervention.The pregnancy pain,postpartum complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The pregnant pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the plateau area,the application of unprotected midwifery nursing to the primipara of natural childbirth has high clinical value,which can reduce the pain of childbirth,and is worthy of clinical application.
