护理风险管理预防老年住院患者跌倒的实践与成效

Practice and Effectiveness of Nursing Risk Management to Prevent Falls in Elderly Hospitalized Patients

目的分析在老年住院患者中应用护理风险管理在预防其跌倒中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院于2017年12月至2019年12月收治的500例老年住院患者,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,各250例。对照组实施常规护理管理,观察组则实施护理风险管理。对比两组患者的护理满意度及跌倒发生情况。结果观察组的护理满意度明显比对照组患者高(P<0.05);观察组的跌倒发生率明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论在老年住院患者中应用护理风险管理,能有效减少老年患者跌倒的发生,降低其跌倒风险,且患者的护理满意度更高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of applying nursing risk management in preventing elderly patients from falling in elderly hospitalized patients.Methods A total of 500 elderly inpatients admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 250 cases each.The control group implemented routine nursing management,and the observation group implemented nursing risk management.The nursing satisfaction and the incidence of falls were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of falls in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in elderly hospitalized patients can effectively reduce the incidence of falls and the risk of falls in elderly patients,and the patient’s nursing satisfaction is higher,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
