阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭采用真武汤加味治疗的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Modified Zhenwu Decoction on Chronic Heart Failure with Yang Deficiency and Water Deficiency

目的分析观察阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭采用真武汤加味治疗的临床效果。方法选自本院中医内科2016年6月至2019年6月共接诊20例阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭患者,按照治疗方式不同将其分为对照组10例(常规西药),观察组10例(真武汤加味)。结果经治疗后对照组患者心功能总疗效显著低于观察组患者,同时生活质量评分显著低于观察组患者(P<0.05)。结论对于阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭疾病患者采用真武汤加味进行治疗,可有效改善患者心功能,提升患者生活质量,治疗效果显著。

Objective To analyze and observe the clinical effect of Zhenwu Decoction on chronic heart failure caused by yang deficiency and water deficiency.Methods From June 2016 to June 2019,a total of 20 patients with chronic heart failure due to yang deficiency and water deficiency were selected from the internal medicine department of traditional Chinese medicine of our hospital.According to the different treatment,10 cases were divided into control group(conventional Western Medicine),observation group:10 cases(flavored Zhenwu Decoction).Results After treatment,the total effect of cardiac function in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group,and the quality of life score was significantly lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Treating patients with chronic heart failure due to yang deficiency and water deficiency with modified Zhenwu Decoction can effectively improve patients’cardiac function and quality of life,and the therapeutic effect is significant.
