2017年巴东县居民健康素养水平分析

Analysis of Health Literacy Level of Residents in Badong County in 2017

目的了解我县居民健康素养水平及其变化趋势,分析健康素养的影响因素。方法采取问卷调查形式开展巴东县居民健康素养基线调查。结果2017年,巴东县居民健康素养水平为11.5%,居民吸烟率为34.6%。巴东县居民3个方面健康素养水平分别为:基本知识和理念素养水平为22.6%,健康生活方式与行为素养水平为10.5%,基本技能素养水平为14.3%。结论我县居民健康知识水平和理念需进一步提升,烟草控制工作有待加强,慢性病防控形势严峻。

Objective To understand the level and trend of health literacy of residents in our county and analyze the influencing factors of health literacy.Methods A baseline survey on health literacy among Badong County residents was conducted through a questionnaire survey.Results In 2017,the health literacy level of Badong County residents was 11.5 percent.The smoking rate of the residents was 34.6%.The health literacy level of Badong County residents is 22.6%in basic knowledge and idea,10.5%in healthy lifestyle and behavior,and 14.3%in basic skills.Conclusion The level of health knowledge and concept of residents in our county need to be further promoted,tobacco control work needs to be strengthened,and the situation of chronic disease prevention and control is grim.
