中医综合疗法联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis with Chinese Medicine combined with Mesalazine

目的观察中医综合疗法(柴胡疏肝散口服及少腹逐瘀汤灌肠)对轻中度溃疡性结肠炎中医证候疗效及单项症状疗效的影响。方法收集轻中度溃疡性结肠炎患者,且中医辨证为肝郁脾虚兼瘀阻肠络证,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组各38例。试验组采用中医综合疗法(柴胡疏肝散口服及少腹逐瘀汤灌肠)联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片,对照组仅单独使用美沙拉嗪,治疗周期为6周,比较治疗后中医证候疗效及单项症状疗效的影响。结果两组患者治疗后中医证候有效人数对比,脓血便证候两组均明显改善,组间比较无明显差异;腹痛、里急后重、乏力证候试验组较对照组改善明显,且组间比较有统计学意义;两组患者临床疗效比较,试验组明显优于对照组,组间比较有统计学意义。结论中医综合疗法联合美沙拉嗪治疗,较单独使用美沙拉嗪,单项症状改善较佳,尤其是腹痛、里急后重、乏力等改善明显,总体治疗效果较佳,提高患者生存治疗。

Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy(chaihu shugan powder oral administration and shaobu zhuyu decoction enema)on Chinese medicine syndrome and single symptom of mild and moderate non severe ulcerative colitis.Methods The non severe ulcerative colitis patients were randomly divided into two group:experimental group,control group.Each group inclued 38 cases.The experimental group was remedied with Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy(chaihu shugan powder oral administration and shaofu zhuyu decoction enema)combined with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets,while the control group was treated with mesalazine alone,with a treatment period of 6 weeks.Results The effective Numbers of TCM syndromes were compared between the two groups after treatment.Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed significant improvement in abdominal pain,tension-after-emergency syndrome and fatigue syndrome,and the comparison was statistically significant between the experimental group and control group.The comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups showed that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant between the experimental group and control group.Conclusion The combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with mesalazine has better single symptom improvement,especially the improvement of abdominal pain,tenthorax and fatigue.
