表皮生长因子受体抑制剂联合培美曲塞二钠、顺铂对晚期肺癌患者疾病控制率及血清肿瘤标志物水平的影响

Effects of Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Inhibitors combined with Pemetrexed Disodium and Cisplatin on Disease Control Rate and Serum Tumor Marker Levels in Patients with Advanced Lung Cancer

目的探究表皮生长因子受体抑制剂联合培美曲塞二钠、顺铂治疗晚期肺癌患者的效果。方法选取我院2017年5月至2019年6月晚期肺癌患者60例,依据随机数字表法分为2组,各30例。对照组给予表皮生长因子受体抑制剂,试验组在对照组基础上联合培美曲塞二钠、顺铂,比较2组治疗效果(总有效率、疾病控制率)、治疗前后肿瘤标志物水平[血清糖类抗原125(CA-125)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)]、不良反应发生率。结果试验组治疗总有效率73.33%(22/30)高于对照组40.00%(12/30),疾病控制率96.67%(29/30)高于对照组73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清CA-125、CEA、NSE水平均较治疗前低,且试验组较对照组低(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论表皮生长因子受体抑制剂联合培美曲塞二钠、顺铂治疗晚期肺癌患者效果确切,可降低肿瘤标志物水平,有助于预后改善,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor combined with pemetrexed disodium and cisplatin in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods Sixty patients with advanced lung cancer from May 2017 to June 2019 in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given an epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor,and the test group was combined with pemetrexed disodium and cisplatin on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect(total effective rate,disease control rate),tumor marker level[serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA-125),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),neuron specific enolase(NSE)]and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 73.33%(22/30)higher than that in the control group 40.00%(12/30),and the disease control rate was 96.67%(29/30)higher than the control group 73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05);Serum CA-125,CEA,and NSE levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the test group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitors combined with pemetrexed disodium and cisplatin are effective in treating patients with advanced lung cancer,can reduce tumor marker levels,help improve prognosis,and have high safety.
