小组式的康复训练对脑卒中患者的日常生活能力及应对的方式的影响

Effects of Group Rehabilitation Training on Daily Living Ability and Coping Styles of Stroke Patients

目的探讨小组式康复训练对脑卒中患者日常生活能力及应对方式的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2019年12月脑卒中患者60例作为对象,随机分为对照组(n=30例)和观察组(n=30例)。对照组采用常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上联合小组式康复训练,1个月护理后对患者效果进行评估,比较两组日常生活能力、认知功能、运动功能、应对方式及依从性和满意度。结果观察组训练后1个月MMSE、BI评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组训练后1个月面对、回避及屈服评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后1个月康复锻炼、定期复查、遵医治疗依从性及训练方法、训练内容及训练效果满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小组式康复训练用于脑卒中患者中能提高日常生活能力,改善患者应对方式,能提高依从性及满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effects of group rehabilitation training on the ability of daily life and coping styles of stroke patients.Methods Sixty patients with stroke from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into a control group(n=30 cases)and an observation group(n=30 cases).The control group used conventional rehabilitation training,and the observation group combined with group rehabilitation training based on the control group.After one month of nursing,the patient’s effect was evaluated,and the two groups’daily living ability,cognitive function,motor function,coping style and compliance,satisfaction were compared.Results The MMSE and BI scores of the observation group at 1 month after training were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the observation,avoidance and yield scores of the observation group at 1 month after training were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).One month after nursing,exercise,regular review,compliance with medical treatment and training methods,training content,and training satisfaction were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Group rehabilitation training can improve daily living ability,improve coping style of patients,improve compliance and satisfaction in stroke patients,and it is worth popularizing and applying.
