高通量血液透析和低通量血液透析应用于维持性血液透析终末期肾脏疾病患者的效果对比 被引量:2

Comparison of the Effects of High Flux Hemodialysis and Low Flux Hemodialysis in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients with End-stage Renal Disease

摘要 目的对比高通量血液透析与低通量血液透析应用于维持性血液透析终末期肾脏疾病患者的效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月本院肾内科接受血液透析的患者共46例,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各组23例。对照组给予低通量血液透析治疗,观察组给予高通量血液透析治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率,透析前后尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、β2-MG、甲状旁腺素(PTH)、磷(P)等水平变化以及并发症发生的比较。结果观察组在血液透析治疗后的总有效率为91.3%明显优于对照组73.91%(P<0.05)。观察组患者(BUN、Scr、β2-MG、IPTH、P)明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。血液透析后观察组并发症的总发生率为17.39%明显低于对照组43.47%(P<0.05)。结论高通量血液透析和低通量血液透析对终末期肾脏患者都具有较高的清除率,但高通量血液透析的清除率优于低通量血液透析,同时高通量血液透析效果高于低通量血液透析且并发症较少,因而值得进一步研究以及推广。 Objective To compare the effect of high flux hemodialysis and low flux hemodialysis in maintenance hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal disease.Methods From February 2018 to February 2019,a total of 46 patients who received hemodialysis in the Department of Nephrology of our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to the method of random number table,with 23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low flux hemodialysis and the observation group with high flux hemodialysis.The changes of bun,SCR,β2-mg,PTH,P and complications before and after dialysis were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group after hemodialysis was 91.3%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(73.91%)(P<0.05).The patients in the observation group(BUN,SCR,β2-mg,iPTH,P)were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After hemodialysis,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 17.39%,which was significantly lower than 43.47%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both high flux hemodialysis and low flux hemodialysis have high clearance rate for end-stage renal patients,but the clearance rate of high flux hemodialysis is better than that of low flux hemodialysis,and the effect of high flux hemodialysis is higher than that of low flux hemodialysis with fewer complications,so it is worth further study and promotion.
