前列腺增生急性尿潴留患者的导尿成功率提高方法及护理研究

Catheterization Success Rate Improving Method and Nursing Study of Patients with Prostatic Hyperplasia and Acute Urinary Retention

目的分析前列腺增生急性尿潴留患者的导尿成功率提高方法及护理效果。方法从2018年3月至2019年7月择取25例前列腺增生急性尿潴留患者,将其随机分成两组,对照组12例患者行以常规导尿护理,研究组13例患者基于常规导尿护理加行新型改进护理,对照分析两组临床效果。结果从临床总有效率来看,研究组高于对照组,P<0.05;从导尿成功率来看,研究组高于对照组,P<0.05;从患者满意度来看,研究组高于对照组,P<0.05。结论对于前列腺增生急性尿潴留患者来说,通过新型改进护理可以提高导尿成功率,使患者护理满意度提高,临床价值显著。

Objective to analyze catheterization success rate improving method and nursing effect of patients with prostatic hyperplasia and acute urinary retention.Methods choose 25 cases benign prostatic hyperplasia and acute urinary retention patients from March 2018 to July 2019,divide them into two groups randomly,12 cases in control group were treated with routine catheterization,and 13 cases in study group with improved nursing based on routine guidance urinary nursing.Compare and analyze clinical effect between two groups.Results total clinical effectiveness in study group was higher than control group,P<0.05;catheterization success rate in study group was higher than control group,P<0.05;satisfaction of patient in study group was higher than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion new and improved nursing can improve success rate of catheterization of benign prostatic hyperplasia and acute urinary retention patients,increase nursing satisfaction,which is of significant clinical value.
