布地奈德联合阿奇霉素治疗肺炎支原体肺炎的有效性研究

Effect Study of Budesonide Combined with Azithromycin in Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia

目的探讨布地奈德联合阿奇霉素治疗肺炎支原体肺炎的有效性研究。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月我院收治的肺炎支原体肺炎患者40例,按照数字表法将其随机分为两组,对照组应用阿奇霉素治疗,研究组应用布地奈德联合阿奇霉素治疗,分析两组患者临床疗效。结果研究组疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用布地奈德联合阿奇霉素对肺炎支原体肺炎患者,可以有效提高质量效果,可以在临床中进行进一步推广应用。

Objective to explore effectiveness of budesonide combined with azithromycin in treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods choose 40 casese M.pneumoniae pneumonia patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019,divide them into two groups according to digital table method randomly.Control group was treated with azithromycin,and research group with budesonide combined with azithromycin.Analyze clinical effect of two groups.Results curative effect of study group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion budesonide combined with azithromycin can effectively improve quality and effectiveness of patients with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
