金黄散封包预防放射性鼻窦炎

Preventing Radiation Nasosinusitis with Jinhuang Powder Package

目的观察金黄散中药封包外敷鼻窦部预防放射性鼻窦炎的作用。方法将80例鼻咽癌患者按照随机数字表分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。两组均行放疗及鼻腔冲洗,观察组同时给予金黄散中药封包外敷前额、鼻梁、上颌窦处。记录两组放射性鼻窦炎主观症状及鼻内镜评分、鼻窦CT评分。结果两组主观症状评估比较,实验组在放疗结束后1、3、6、12个月每个时间点放射性鼻窦炎均较轻,P<0.05;鼻内镜评分比较,实验组在后两个时间点评分低于对照组,P<0.05;鼻窦CT评分比较,实验组在后三个时间点评分低于对照组,P<0.05。结论金黄散中药封包能有效预防放射性鼻窦炎的发生。

Objective to observe effect of external application of Jinhuang powder traditional Chinese medicine on sinuses to prevent radiation nasosinusitis.Methods choose 80 cases nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients and divide them into observation group and control group according to random number table,40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with radiotherapy and nasal irrigation.Observation group was simultaneously treated with Jinhuang powder traditional Chinese medicine for external application on the forehead,nose bridge,and maxillary sinus.Record subjective symptoms of radioactive sinusitis,nasal endoscopy score and sinus CT score of two groups.Results evaluate and compare subjective symptom between two groups.Radioactive sinusitis was milder at each time point in experimental group at 1,3,6,and 12 months after radiotherapy than control group,P<0.05.Nasal endoscopy scores at each time point were lower than control group,P<0.05;Paranasal sinuses CT scores in experimental group were lower than control group at last three times,P<0.05.Conclusion Jinhuang powder Chinese medicine package can prevent occurrence of radiation nasosinusitis effectively.
