低血糖昏迷患者进行院前急救疗效的影响因素分析

Effect Factors Analysis of Pre-hospital Emergency Treatment for Patients with Hypoglycemia Coma

目的研究低血糖昏迷患者进行院前急救疗效的影响因素。方法回顾性分析我院在2017年至2019年期间接收的50例低血糖昏迷患者的临床资料,对其院前急救效果的影响因素进行分析,之后选取同时期接收的另外100例低血糖昏迷患者,将其随机分成实验组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),对照组给予常规急救,实验组给予针对性院前急救,比较两组患者经过急救后的苏醒时间差异以及血糖值差异。结果对照组急救后的苏醒时间显著长于实验组(P<0.05);对照组苏醒后的血糖值显著低于实验组(P<0.05)。结论影响低血糖昏迷患者院前急救效果的主要因素为患者有无先兆症状、呼救时间以及有无糖尿病史等,针对这些因素加以适当的健康教育后进行院前急救,可有效缩短患者的昏迷时间,改善其血糖水平,促进其尽快苏醒。

Objective to study factors influencing effect of pre-hospital emergency treatment for patients with hypoglycemia and coma.Methods review and analyze clinical data of 50 cases hypoglycemic coma patients received in our hospital from 2017 to 2019,analyze effect factors of pre-hospital emergency response.Choose another 100 cases hypoglycemic coma patients received at the same period,divide them into experimental group(n=50)and control group(n=50)randomly,control group was treated with routine emergency,and experimental group with targeted pre-hospital emergency.Compare difference in recovery time and blood glucose values between two groups.Results recovery time of control group after emergency was significantly longer thexperimental group(P<0.05);blood glucose value of control group after recovery was significantly lower thexperimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion main factors affecting pre-hospital emergency effect of hypoglycemia coma patients include:presence of aura symptoms,calling time,and diabetes history.Pre-hospital emergency treatment after appropriate health education can effectively shorten coma time,improve blood sugar levels and recovery time as soon as possible.
