大学生健康素养与健康传播现状相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of Health Literacy and Health Communication Status of College Students

目的从不同层面、不同维度对新时代大学生健康素养、健康传播现状进行深入调查,并对其相关性进行剖析。方法运用整群抽样法任意选取某大学500名大学生,并将其作为具体研究对象。在进行调查分析的过程之中,运用一般情况调查表、中国公民健康素养调查表(2009年)、健康传播问卷。结果健康素养知识为(12.09±2.93)分,健康生活方式(7.97±2.16)分,健康技能为(4.05±1.02)分,健康素养总分为(24.13±4.94)分;健康传播既往获取信息主要以短信、互联网(84.61%),电视广播(71.12%)及健康讲座(57.50%)为主,对健康信息获取途径的信任情况前三位为健康讲座(64.41%)、学校健康教育(60.11%)及医生(49.70%);二分类Logistic回归分析表明每次接受健康知识时间、健康知识难易程度、对健康知识的依从性等作为健康素养独立影响因素。结论调查分析结果表明,大学生健康素养普遍处于较低水平,高校健康传播工作形式较为单一,传播力度不大;高校应当高度关注大学生健康素养传播教育,进一步强化健康素养传播工作力度,从而有效提升大学生健康素养水平。

Objective to conduct in-depth investigation of health literacy and health communication status of college students in new era from different levels and dimensions,and analyze their relevance.Methods with cluster sampling method choose 500 college students from a certain university randomLy as specific research objects.Investigation and analysis was carried ou by means of general situation questionnaire,Chinese citizen health literacy questionnaire(2009),and health communication questionnaire.Results health literacy knowledge scores were(12.09±2.93),healthy lifestyle scores were(7.97±2.16),health skills scores were(4.05±1.02),and health literacy total scores were(24.13±4.94).Health information access mainly includes SMS and the Internet(84.61%),TV broadcasting(71.12%)and health lectures(57.50%),top three of trustworthy health information access was health lectures(64.41%),school health education(60.11%)and doctors(49.70%);binary logistic regression analysis showed time receiving health knowledge each,difficulty of health knowledge,compliance with health knowledge,etc.can be independent factors of health literacy.Conclusion survey and analysis show thathealth literacy of college students is generally at low level,and form of health communication in colleges is relatively simple with little transmission;colleges and universities should pay close attention to health literacy education of college students,and strengthen further efforts of health literacy to improve health literacy level of college students effectively.
