摘要
近年来,随着新医改的逐步推进,为提高公立医院的整体服务水平,各个公立医院都在积极推进绩效考核与绩效工资改革,以适应公立医院激烈的竞争环境,提高医务人员日常工作的积极性,在自身的岗位上为患者提供更为优质的服务。实践表明,公立医院绩效考核与绩效工资改革有利于推进公立医院服务质量的提升。基于此,本文分析了公立医院绩效考核与绩效工资改革的难点与对策,使得公立医院能够适应经济社会发展的要求,建立完善的绩效考核制度,提升其发展水平。
in recent years,with gradual progress of new medical reform,to improve overall service level of public hospitals,public hospitals have been actively promotion performance evaluation and performance salary reform to adapt to fierce competitive environment and improve daily work of medical staff enthusiasm to provide patients with better quality services.Practice shows that public hospital performance assessment and performance salary reform is conducive to promotion improvement of public hospital service quality.Based on this,this paper analyzes difficulties and countermeasures of public hospital performance assessment and performance salary reform,so that public hospitals can adapt to requirements of economic and social development,establish complete performance assessment system,and improve their development level.
