分析宫颈液基细胞学检查(TCT)联合HPV筛查癌前期病变和早期宫颈癌的临床价值

Clinical Value Analysis of Thinprep Cytologic Test (TCT) Combined with HPV in Screening for Precancerous Lesions and Early Cervical Cancer

目的探讨宫颈液基细胞学检查(TCT)联合HPV筛查癌前期病变和早期宫颈癌的临床价值。方法根据研究需要,将2019年1月至2019年9月我院进行宫颈癌筛查的860名患者作为研究对象,对其进行TCT和HPV检测。并与病理学检查结果相对比,分析TCT、HPV单独检测和联合检测的符合率,分析TCT联合HPV在癌前期病变和早期宫颈癌筛查中的临床价值。结果TCT、HPV、HPV和TCT三组间阳性检出符合率比较,联合组更高,与另外两组相比,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病理学检测宫颈轻度上皮内瘤变(CIN)检出例数为54例,TCT检出32例(59.26%),HPV检测出36例(66.67%),而两者联合检测出45例(83.33%),组间比较,联合检测宫颈早期病变的检出率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TCT和HPV检测联合用于癌前期病变和早期宫颈癌筛查,具有一定的准确性,可以为早期宫颈癌和癌前期病变诊断提供依据。

Objective to explore clinical value of Thinprep cytologic test(TCT)combined with HPV in screening for precancerous lesions and early cervical cancer.Methods based on research needs,treat 860 cases cervical cancer patients in our hospital from January 2019 to September 2019 as research objects,carry on TCT and HPV test.Compare it with pathological examination results.Analyze coincidence rate of TCT and HPV detection and combined detection,clinical value of TCT combined with HPV in precancerous lesions and early cervical cancer screening.Results coincidence rate of positive detection of HPV TCT combined group was higher than TCT,HPV group,which was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Pathology detected 54 cases of mild cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN),TCT detected32 cases(59.26%),HPV detected 36 cases(66.67%),and combined therapy detected 45 cases(83.33%),detection rate of early detection of cervical lesions was higher,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCT and HPV combination detection has certain accuracy for precancerous lesions and early cervical cancer screening,can provide basis for diagnosis of early cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.
