无缝隙护理在提高鼻窦炎手术围术期护理质量中的作用评价

Effect Evaluation of Seamless Nursing in Improving Perioperative Nursing Quality of Sinusitis

目的探讨无缝隙护理在提高鼻窦炎手术围术期护理质量中的作用影响。方法选取2019年1月至2019年6月期间80例接受鼻窦炎手术治疗的患者作为研究对象,分为观察组40例(n=40)和对照组40例(n=40)。对照组给予常规的护理操作,观察组在正规护理的情况下给予无缝隙护理干预。对比两组患者①手术治疗时间、术后住院时间、患者手术的配合度以及患者对疾病知识理解程度上的对比结果。②手术期间过程中的SAS表、SDS表比对。结果①观察组患者的手术治疗时间、疾病知识理解和患者手术依从度和术后住院时间短语对照组。②观察组患者的SAS和SDS评分低于对照组。结论鼻窦炎患者在手术围术期给予无缝隙护理,影响较大,同时减轻患者在手术全过程中的抑郁心理和焦虑状态,具有临床实践价值。

Objective to explore effect of seamless nursing on improving perioperative nursing quality of sinusitis.Methods choose 80 patients sinusitis patietns from January 2019 to June 2019 as research objects,divide them into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).Control group was treated with routine nursing operations,and observation group with seamless nursing intervention based on regular nursing.Compare two groups of patients:①surgical treatment time,postoperative hospital stay,cooperation degree of operation,and understanding of disease knowledge.②comparison of SAS and SDS scale during operation.Results①surgical treatment time,disease knowledge understanding,surgical compliance and postoperative hospital stay in observation group was shorter than control group.②SAS and SDS scores of observation group were lower than control group.Conclusion seamless perioperative nursing has good effect on sinusitis patients,can reduce depression and anxiety of during entire operation at the same time,which is of clinical practice value.
