摘要
目的研究早期颅骨修补治疗脑外伤后颅骨缺失的效果和对运动功能的影响。方法选择在本院进行治疗的脑外伤后颅骨缺失患者,人数为50例,按照入院顺序分组原则,各组25例,其中25例进行早期颅骨修补治疗(观察组)、另一组进行常规治疗(对照组),将各组指标进行比较。结果观察组脑外伤后颅骨缺失患者治疗后运动功能评分(84.34±1.92)分、日常活动能力评分(82.56±1.82)分与对照组相比较存在差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论早期颅骨修补治疗脑外伤后颅骨缺失的效果十分显著,且能够提高其运动功能,值得研究和推广。
Objective to study effect of early skull repair on cranial bone absence after traumatic brain injury and motor function.Methods choose 50 cases cranial bone absence patients after traumatic brain injury in our hospital,according admission order,divide them into two groups,25 cases in each group.Observation group was reatment with early skull repair,control group with routine treatment.Compare indicators of each group.Results motor function scores in observation group with early skull repair were(84.34±1.92)and daily activity ability scores were(82.56±1.82),which were different from control group,(P<0.05).Total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion early skull repair is effective in treatment of cranial bone absence after traumatic brain injury,can improve motor function,which is worthy of research and promotion.
