探讨分析补肾扶正汤在临床上治疗不孕不育症中的效果

Effect Exploration and Analysis of Tonifying Kidney and Strengthening Body Resistance Decoction in Clinical Treatment of Infertility

目的研究分析不孕不育症患者采用补肾扶正汤治疗的效果。方法将2018年5月至2019年6月期间本院收治的30例不孕不育症患者随机分为实验组与对照组,对照组(n=15)采用枸橼酸氯米芬进行治疗;实验组(n=15)采用补肾扶正汤进行治疗。对比分析两组患者的治疗总有效率以及其治疗前后血清促黄体生成素(Luteinizing hormone,LH)、Β-雌激素(β-Estradiol,E2)以及卵泡刺激素(Follicle-stimulating Hormone,FSH)等性激素水平的改善情况。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,P<0.05;实验组患者治疗后血清促黄体生成素、Β-雌激素、卵细胞刺激素水平改善情况显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论不孕不育症患者采用补肾扶正汤进行治疗,可有效改善其激素水平,有助于提高患者的受孕率,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective to study and analyze effect of tonifying kidney and strengthening body resistance decoction on infertility patients.Methods choose 30 cases infertility patients admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to June 2019,divide them into experimental group and control group randomly.Control group(n=15)was treated with clomiphene citrate,and experimental group(n=15)with tonifying kidney and strengthening body resistance decoction.Compare and analyze total treatment effect and hormone levels improvement of serum luteinizing hormone(LH),beta-Estradiol(E2)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)before and after treatment between two groups.Results total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than control group,P<0.05;after treatment,levels of serum luteinizing hormone,beta-estrogen,and egg cell stimulating hormone in experimental group were significantly better than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion tonifying kidney and strengthening body resistance decoction can improve hormone levels of infertility patients effectively,improve conception rate of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
