老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者合并糖尿病护理体会

Nursing Experience of Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fracture Elderly Patients Combined with Diabetes

目的探讨老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者合并糖尿病的护理体会。方法将我社区服务中心服务的40例老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折合并糖尿病患者纳入本次研究中,且患者均于2017年1月至2019年1月收治,对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取综合护理,观察两组患者的并发症发生情况,记录两组患者对护理的满意度,评估两组患者的预后生活质量。结果研究组的并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者对护理的满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组的生活质量评分为(7.5±2.6)分,研究组的生活质量评分为(8.6±1.3)分,研究组的生活质量评分和对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折合并糖尿病的老年患者采取综合护理大幅度降低了并发症发生率,此外还有效改善了患者的护理满意度和生活质量,值得临床上接纳并推广。

Objective to explore nursing experience of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures elderly patients complicated with diabetes.Methods choose 40 cases osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures elderly patients combined with diabetes in our community service center from January 2017 to January 2019 in the study.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and study group with comprehensive nursing.Observe complications of two groups,record nursing satisfaction degree of two groups,and evaluate prognostic life quality between two groups.Results complications incidence in study group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);satisfaction scores in study group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);life quality scores in control group were(7.5±2.6),lower than(8.6±1.3)of study group,with significant difference,(P<0.05).Conclusion comprehensive nursing can greatly reduce incidence of complications of for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures elderly patients combined with diabetes,improve nursing satisfaction and life quality effectively,which is worthy of clinical acceptance and promotion.
