改良脐部护理对预防新生儿感染的临床应用研究

Clinical Application Study of Improved Umbilical Nursing on Preventing Neonatal Infection

目的探讨改良脐部护理对预防新生儿感染的临床应用效果。方法针对于我院2018年9月至2019年7月期间新生儿随机抽取112例作为研究对象,在双盲分组法下将其分成研究组(n=56)和参照组(n=56),参照组新生儿实施常规脐部护理,研究组新生儿在参照组基础上实施改良脐部护理,对比分析两组新生儿感染率及新生儿家长护理总满意率。结果研究组新生儿感染发生率为1.78%、未感染发生率为98.22%,参照组新生儿感染发生率为14.28%、未感染发生率为85.72%,研究组新生感染发生率显著低于参照组、未感染发生率明显高于参照组,经统计学对比分析有差异(P<0.05);研究组新生儿家长护理总满意率为94.65%,参照组新生儿家长护理总满意率为78.57%,研究组明显高于参照组,统计学分析对比下差异显著(P<0.05)。结论改良下的脐部护理能够明显降低新生感染发生率,同时提高新生儿家长对护理工作的满意度,值得临床广泛推广和应用。

Objective to explore effect of improved umbilical nursing on preventing neonatal infections.Methods choose 112 cases neonates from September 2018 to July 2019 in our hospital as research objects,divide them into research group(n=56)and reference group(n=56)randomly with double-blind grouping method.Reference group was treated with routine umbilical nrusing,and study group with modified umbilical nursing based on reference group.Compare and analyze neonatal infection rate and total satisfaction degree of parents of neonates in two groups.Results neonatal infection incidence in study group was 1.78%,significantly lower than 14.28%in reference group,and uninfection incidence was 98.22%,significantly higher than 85.72%in reference group.Statistical analysis showed difference,(P<0.05);total nursing satisfaction degree of neonatal parents in study group was 94.65%,significantly higher than 78.57%in reference group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion improved umbilical care can reduce incidence of new infections significantly,and improve nursing satisfaction degree of parents at the same time,which is worthy of wide clinical promotion and application.
