腓骨高位截骨(HFO)治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation of High Fibular Osteotomy (HFO) in Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的研究对膝关节骨关节炎患者采用腓骨高位截骨治疗对比常规治疗的临床治疗效果。方法依据患者入院就诊时间将我院自2017年8月至2019年8月期间收治的64例膝关节骨关节患者随机分为参照组(n=32)与试验组(n=32),参照组采取关节镜清理术进行治疗,试验组采取联合腓骨高位截骨和关节镜清理术进行治疗,对两组患者手术后临床效果进行对比分析,对两组患者手术前及手术半年后膝关节Lysholm评分、VAS评分及HSS评分进行评估。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率高于参照组,膝关节Lysholm评分和HSS评分高于参照组,VAS评分低于参照组,P<0.05,数据具有统计学分析意义。结论对膝关节骨关节炎患者实施腓骨高位截骨手术治疗效果显著,可减轻患者关节疼痛,恢复关节功能,值得临床上广泛应用。

Objective to study clinical effect of high fibular osteotomy compared with routine treatment on knee osteoarthritis patients.Methods according to admission time,divide 64 cases knee joint patients from August 2017 to August 2019 into reference group(n=32)and experimental group(n=32)randomly.Reference group was treated with arthroscopic debridement,and experimental group with high fibular osteotomy and arthroscopic debridement.Compare clinical effect between two groups,and evaluate Lysholm scores,VAS scores and HSS scores before and half a year after operation.Results total effective rate of in experimental group was higher than reference group,Lysholm scores and HSS scores of knee joint were higher than reference group,VAS scores were lower than reference group,(P<0.05),data were statistically significant.Conclusion high fibular osteotomy can achieve effect on knee osteoarthritis,reduce pain and restore joint function,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
